Get your business found in AI Searches
Search works differently now.
When people ask Google about a service like yours, they often see an answer at the top of the page instead of a list of links. Google creates that answer from just a few sources. If your business isn’t included, you won’t be seen, even if you rank high.
We help businesses become the source for Google AI Overviews and build the trust signals needed for a Knowledge Panel.
This means more people see you, trust you, and contact you, even those who never look past the first answer.
What are AI Overviews?
An AI Overview is the summary Google puts at the top of the results page. It takes facts from a few websites and gives them credit with a link. For example, if you ask "who fits commercial flooring in Bournemouth," Google might answer directly and name a few companies.
This means two things. First, if Google quotes you, you appear above all regular search results. Second, if Google answers without mentioning you, most people won’t click through to your site or anyone else’s.
What is a Knowledge Panel?
The Knowledge Panel is the box on the right side of the results page, or at the top on mobile. It shows your company’s name, logo, founding date, location, and social profiles. Google creates it automatically when it’s sure it knows who you are.
You can’t buy or apply for a Knowledge Panel. You earn it by making your business clear and consistent across the web, so Google can verify it from different sources. This is more important now, as AI tools rely on Google’s Knowledge Graph to decide which businesses are real and trustworthy.
Why this matters now
People now ask AI tools the same questions they once typed into Google. Questions like "Who’s the best commercial cleaner near me?" or "What does an office refit cost?" These are buying questions, and the businesses named in the answer get the enquiries.
If Google quotes your competitor and not you, you’re missing out on work you never even know about.
The bit most people get wrong
AI Overviews use the same index as regular search results. Google builds them from pages that already rank well. There’s no shortcut that skips SEO. If your site doesn’t rank, it won’t be quoted.
AI Overviews reward different things than traditional SEO. Google looks for clear, factual answers on your page. Long or vague content is hard to quote. Direct answers, specific numbers, and a clear structure are easy for Google to use.
That's the gap we work on.
How it works
01 Visibility audit
We check where you currently appear in AI results for the questions your customers actually ask, and where competitors are being quoted instead.
02 Priority plan
We identify questions worth optimising for- the ones that match your goals.
03 Delivery
Content restructuring, schema and entity work, citation building, ongoing optimisation.
04 Monthly reporting
What's changed, what's ranking, what's being quoted, and what we're doing next.
Who this is for
Established service businesses that already get work from their website, or should be, and want to stay visible as customers shift to AI-led search. It works best alongside an existing SEO programme, because the two share the same foundations.
If your site doesn't rank at all yet, start with SEO; we'll tell you that honestly rather than sell you something that won't work.
Still not sure this is for you?
